Joyce Daniels is a Social Engineering Practitioner, recognized Thought Leader, Mindset Coach, Nation Builder and Event Host MC, with about 15years of experience, regarded as one of the forces responsible for shaping the Speaking and MC business in Nigeria.
Today she is considered one of the most sought Event Host MCs in Nigeria, she has authored two books, and has trained over 10,000 individuals in Speaking and MCing combined.
As a mindset, confidence and courage coach, she helps men and women unveil their genius-selves, and find the paths to live happy and fulfilled lives. Joyce offers training programmes targeted at building Mental Toughness and “Bouncebackability”, as well as multiplying Courage and Confidence.
Joyce is an advocate for Social Justice, Political and Economic Reforms. She is an associate at Women in Management, Business & Public Service (WIMBIZ), a mentor at Women in Successful Careers (WISCAR), member Women in Energy, Oil & Gas (WEOG), a fellow at ElectHER Future Lawmakers Programme.

Temiloluwa Adeshina is an Alumnus of Academy of Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) 2020, a United States Consulate Initiative.
She was conferred with the Award of Exceptional Leader of Excellence by the Women Economic Forum (WEF), Bangalor, India in 2021.
Temiloluwa Adeshina is a TEDx and a Women Economic Forum Speaker, a serial social entrepreneur, an author, and a seasoned British Curriculum teacher. She holds a PGD in Education and MBA powered by World’s Bank Group’s International Finance Corporation (IFC). She won 2020 Access Bank Pitch-a-ton. Temiloluwa is the co-founder and the Lead Learning Officer at Readland. Readland is committed to raising leaders of competence and character through special reading and skill empowerment programs.
Readland started in a living room. As a family library became the community library serving hundreds of children in low-income communities. Today, over 5,000 registered children are transformed by several learning projects. Readland Centers are now in communities in Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leon, and Zambia. The Readland virtual Certificate Masterclasses for children have also attracted hundreds of students all over the world. National heroes, community changers, and award winners locally and globally have emerged. Readland seeks to be the leading learning platform for Foundational Literacy, Numeracy, epmloayable Soft Skills and Digital Skills where the next leaders of competence and character will be raised to revive Africa and transformed the world.
She is also an Author, her published books include Lagos State approved, Bantu the Big Fat Bully, an Anti-Bullying Book Series, arguably the first Anti-Bullying Book Series in Africa. Her books strategically revolved around moral activities and projects that fix the moral and value system challenges in children. Such activity includes the Award-Winning, Lagos State Approved Anti-Bullying Programs mandated for all schools in the State. Hence the adoption of the book as the resource material on bullying in schools . Another book Wangari Mathai, the Mother of trees has been adopted by the Lagos State Parks & Gardens Agency (LASPARK) as the official tree planting book in Lagos State.
Other published books include Farmer Bami Series, Happy Ijapa Series, Mama Safety series, Mini Mani Mo, Risi Recycle, the first African recycle series, Dark Arises, and more. She churns out books, day in day out. This is her lifelong passion. Temiloluwa’s style of writing is a creative blend of David Walliam’s and Francesca Simons’ humour and wit laced with Enid Blyton’s mild, fairylike enchanting world yet heavily and deeply rooted in her strong African heritage and culture.
She is the co-founder of Emi Ansis Publishing firm, the publishing arm of Readland Global.
She also doubles as the lead Reading and Writing Coach and head of Purposeful Educational Networks (PENS), a subunit of Vast Vision Global, a Readland’s help organization mandated to revive the educational sector of Africa. These organizations have donated over 11,000 books to children in low-income communities.
