Dr Oluwaseun Nariwoh
Founder, Additional Plus Sports and Education Initiative
Dr. Oluwaseun Abosede Nariwoh is obsessed with leveling the playing ground through the power
of Sport and Education. She is an Alumnus of Global Sports mentoring Program (United States of
America Exchange Program) and a member of International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP).
She is a seasoned Sports Administrator with a PhD Degree in Sports Administration and
Management, Masters Degree in Sports Administration and Management and Masters in Public
and International Affairs from University of Lagos respectively.
She has over the years acquired expertise in strategic sports planning, policy making, content development, mentorship, research and data documentation. She has successfully implemented
different age grades developmental programmes, assisted in the organization of State, Regional, National and International sporting events towards actualization of the Sustainable Development Goals through Sport while promoting inclusion, diversity and social justice.
Dr. Oluwaseun is currently a Principal Sports Officer, Lagos State Sports Commission; Secretary, International Table-Tennis Federation (ITTF) Africa Women Committee and Founder/Executive
Director , Additional Plus Sports and Education Initiative. She was a dynamic and active table-
tennis player for over a decade, having won many laurels at Local, National and International
events.
She had served in the Office of the Office of the Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on
Sports and Chairman, Lagos State Sports Commission, Head of Sports, Ministry of Youth, Sports
and Social Development, Office of the Director of Sports of the defunct Sports Council.

COO, Bestman Games
ADEYINKA ASHAOLU is the Chief Operating Officer of Bestman Games Limited, a Nigeria gaming organization operating in Africa. Her portfolio also includes management of Bestman Games Initiatives a non-profit that focuses on bridging the gap in financial literacy for youth where she engages with institutions within and outside the financial services sector, donor agencies and governments.
Adeyinka has over 15 years of professional experience in development finance, research and market analytics, accounting, project management, financial literacy/inclusion, grants & donor funds administration, product and business development cutting across sub-Saharan Africa.
Prior to this, Adeyinka has had a robust professional experience at the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group on Access to Finance focused on credit information reporting, collateral registries and financial inclusion. She has other working experiences in credit reporting, entrepreneurship and economic development at Abuja Enterprise Agency and an internship at Bank of Industry. She is an alumnus of the United State of America’s State Department’s International Visitors Leadership Program (2012) as a Social Innovator and Change Maker. She has some published articles on SME development, financing and credit information reporting.
Adeyinka is passionate about, entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, financial literacy/inclusion, youth engagement and volunteers on a number of social development initiatives.
She is currently the Vice-Chairman for the Lagos State Scrabble and Monopoly Association (LASSMA) and enrolled as a certified financial educator.
